Ingredients for 4 people: 250gr of FRASKATULA, 1-2L of water, broccoli and / or wild fennel, sausage or bacon, 2 cloves of garlic chilli salt and pepper to taste.
Method of Preparation: Wash and clean the vegetables. Cook them in about 1-2 liters of salted water. In the same pot pour the flour slowly and stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Leave to cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes until thick. As soon as ready, distribute in bowls, season with a drizzle of oil and chilli pepper, serve hot. Or chill on a plate for 12h, cut into slices, flour and fry.
